A little homestead update from our corner of Texas. Lately we've been spending our evenings tending the garden, collecting eggs from our 5 hens, and working on the backyard we're slowly turning into our dream space. The tomatoes, jalapeños, celery, and herbs are growing, and we're loving this season of building a slow life we love.

A Little Life Update🩷

Life has been really full lately—in the best way. I got married in December, which still feels kind of surreal. Since then, we’ve added a sweet puppy and some chickens to our little family, and we’ve been spending our days working on our home and slowly building our dream life together.

I’m still baking sourdough—I don’t think I could ever stop—just a little busier in this season. I’ve also been working on my first spring garden, learning as I go and figuring things out along the way. On top of all that, we found a new church home that we love, which has been such an encouraging and meaningful part of this season.

It’s been a lot of early mornings, messy projects, cozy nights, and learning as we go, but I wouldn’t trade it for anything. I’m excited to start sharing more of this season here—the home projects, homestead dreams, and everything in between.
