I just want to say Thank You to State Rd. Elementary's PTO! Thank you so much for letting me provide all of the baked goods for tonight's "Just dance" luau themed party for all the kids at State Rd. Elementary! ( I just delivered everything, and the party looks like it will be a blast!!)

I haven't posted anything in what seems like forever! I apologize ~ deeply apologize! I have been ill. Nothing too serious. But haven't been able to work regular hours in quite sometime. I am on the road to recovery, and hope to feel like my "old self" once again very soon. I was diagnosed this past summer with Pernicious Anemia. Simply put, it's a b12 deficiency. When undiagnosed, it can have serious symptoms, and takes some time to get back to feeling well. Well, good news! I WAS diagnosed, and have been undergoing a long trial and error period of finding out what schedule of b12 injections work for me. (along with other vitamins)
So, please bear with me! I still have many ideas I plan to work on, as my own body will allow. My main goal: I simply love baking for all of you! It makes me very happy!

Just to let you know ~ I've had a few family gatherings this week, which have shortened my baking time. If you know me, I love to bake for all of you, but my family also comes first. So, with that being said... Sorry, but I won't have time to bake brownies this week. I will have everything else though! No-bakes, muffins, and bread! AND, I got to spend time with my niece, nephew, brother, sister in law and aunt this weekend! I haven't seen them, in what seems like forever! Sorry~ but you can't put a pricetag on that !

Back to the Bricks tune up events were fun, but I'll admit something. Alot of customers bought my "single-packaged" items, and not my bread. SO... GUESS WHAT THAT MEANS?!
BREAD SALE TODAY!!! (4) HONEY WHEAT / (1) WHITE BREAD / (1) SEEDED RYE $3.00 EACH, I also have (3) 6 packs of Nutella No-bakes~$2.00 each, (3) Chocolate Peanut Butter Swirl Brownies $2.00 each, and (2) Cream Cheese Muffins $2.00 each.

I had a customer stop tonight and buy a muffin- I still have it!! Still in the bag! I will hold it for her until tomorrow, but have no way of contacting her?! I hope she's on FB and sees this! Please contact me, so that I can make this right!!
