Make some brownies with me! If you like your brownies rich and fudgy then give these a try.

1.) Preheat oven to 325°f

2.) Melt 10 tablespoons of butter and add 2.5 cups of Granulated sugar and mix until combined.

3.) Add 4 eggs and 2 egg yolks. Add 2 teaspoons of vanilla extract and mix really well.

4.) Add 2/3 cup of vegetable oil and 1.5 cups of cocoa powder. (I use both regular cocoa and dutch processed, use whichever you prefer). Stir until combined.

5.) Add 1/2 teaspoon of salt, 2 tablespoons of cornstarch and 1 cup of all-purpose flour and mix with spatula until combined.

6.) Add 1 cup of semi-sweet chocolate chips and mix. Dough will be thick!

7.) In a 9x13 pan line with parchment paper and spread batter evenly. Depending on oven bake for 35-45 minutes.

Now the secret to fudgy and chewy brownies is to CHILL your brownies after they are at room temp out of the oven. If you slice directly from the oven while they're warm, then you're going to have cakey brownies.

You can halve the recipe and bake in a 8x8 or 9 in round pan.
