Our Easter drop is LIVE! 🥳

And we have three new items on our menu! 🙌🏻

🥕 You’re absolutely going to love our cardamom carrot cake muffins, studded with golden raisins and toasted pecans.
🥥 If you’re a scone lover, these new coconut cream pie scones might just be my favorite yet!
🍋 And, for a limited Springtime treat, we are also offering our sourdough lemon thyme biscotti with white chocolate drizzle.

Our new strawberry cream scones with a dark chocolate drizzle are live on the menu for next week’s drop! 🍓

I hope everyone had a wonderful Christmas! I know that I have been enjoying the break with my family! ❤️

Just wanted to hop on quickly to let you know a few things:
🥖 our first drop for 2026 is now live!
☕️ we have a new scone flavor for January - chocolate chip cold brew 🤤
📝 we will be making a switch to two drops each month this year. They will usually be biweekly but not always. Sign up for text notifications so you never miss a drop! Also, our breads and baked goods freeze well so if you like a weekly loaf, just order two at a time and freeze one!

Today is the LAST day to order Christmas breads and goodies! The way the holiday falls this year, it’s not conducive to a Christmas-week or New Year’s-week drop. Our bread and cinnamon rolls freeze beautifully and can easily be revived and reheated for enjoyment at a later date. We offer our cookies baked or unbaked which allows you the option of making them at a later date! Preorders close tonight at 9pm EST. Don’t miss out on our last drop of 2025! 🍞🎄

G R A T E F U L 💕

I offered two back-to-back bake days this week to accommodate my school customers (😘), and while I thought I may have bitten off more than I could chew (something I do often, actually 😉), I am pleased to say I got it done! 😅

I don’t have a fancy bread oven or a big commercial mixer (yet…). Everything is made in small batches by hand or with my small mixer. With colder temps, it means longer rise times. But I pretended I was Type A for a moment and made a schedule and actually stuck to it for probably the first time ever, and what do you know…it worked! 🤣 I cranked out 49 loaves of bread, 54 cinnamon rolls, 36 dinner rolls, 24 apple fritter muffins, 80 chocolate chip cookies, 8 coffee cakes, 3 stuffing kits and 12 pumpkin scones.

As I’m sitting down now and enjoying a cup of coffee and an apple fritter muffin and dreaming of sleep 😴, I just wanted to say a huge and heartfelt THANK YOU to each and everyone one of you who helps make this possible! 🫶🏻 Truly there is nothing I would rather be doing. Baking is my love language and I am honored to share it with you and your loved ones.

☕️ Thanksgiving breakfast (cinnamon rolls, coffee cake, pumpkin scones, apple fritter muffins 🤤…)

🍞 Dinner (brioche rolls, pumpkin shaped artisan loaf, candied maple pecan bread, apple oat porridge bread, sourdough stuffing kit, bread flight)

🍪 Dessert (browned butter double chocolate cookies)

As always, everything is made with sourdough, organic flour and as many natural, local and organic ingredients as possible!

Two new Fall-inspired items are on our menu this week!

Up first is our Apple oat porridge artisan loaf which is everything you hoped it would be. The freshly ground rye compliments the whole wheat and adds subtle nutty notes and a nice golden crust. And the honey oat porridge along with the bites of sweet/tart apples make it nuanced and delicious! We recommend pairing it with a honey cinnamon butter for an over-the-top experience. 😋

The second item is our apple fritter muffins 🤤 warm spices married with flecks of sweet/tart apples, topped with a spiced crumble and drizzled with a vanilla glaze—the only thing you’ll wish you had was a cup of coffee to go with these! They’re ah-mazing!! 🍎

We will have these along with our pumpkin scones and pumpkin centerpiece loaves through Thanksgiving. Speaking of Thanksgiving—we are working on finalizing our Thanksgiving menu offerings. So excited to bake up fresh bread and goodies for you and your family to celebrate! Let us know if there’s anything in particular you’re hoping to see on our menu!

We have been working hard testing new recipes for our Fall menus and my kids are not sad about it! 😂

We have been doing drops every other week throughout September as we tried to find our schooling/baking rhythm. At this point, we are not sure if we’ll continue this schedule into October or if we’ll go back to weekly drops but rest assured we will be offering up lots of delicious goodies. 😋
