Man this looks so good!!! Lunch is served!!

No joke. Of all the revolving specials we do, the Steak Tip Pita is literally one of the best things we make. Packed with Mediterranean seasoned steak tips that we harvest from local beef, at Herlocker Farms, house made tzatziki sauce, lettuce, tomato, cucumber, olives & onion on a delicious, toasted pita bread. It’s a wonderful combination of flavors and textures. It’s a perfect lunch.

Herlocker Farms is proud of Josie Herlocker and Rosie! At Herlocker Farms we love watching things grow and one of Josie and Rosie’s main accomplishments was Reserve Champion rate of gain! As you can see Rosie did grow over the course of the project!! Josie was also chosen as Reserve Champion bucket-calf showman so she grew in her skills as well! Rosie will be joining the herd so this story is to be continued! Country life is the best life!!
