📌 San Marcos Delivery Update 📌

Hi Friends!

As my home bakery continues to grow, I’ve been making thoughtful changes to help keep things sustainable and ensure I’m able to give each order the quality and care it deserves.

With that in mind, San Marcos deliveries will be moving to a bi-weekly schedule going forward. So there will be no San Marcos delivery this week, and orders will reopen during the next pre-order window on Sunday, the 12th, for delivery on Friday, the 17th.

Thank you so much for supporting my home bakery and your understanding. Your encouragement, orders, and kindness truly mean more than you know!!!

Here’s a look at the upcoming weeks when I’ll be bringing fresh sourdough bread and sourdough tortillas for October and November. These will be dropped off at on Fridays at 9:30 am. You’ll also find a handy calendar posted at the stand so you can easily plan which days you’d like to pick up your favorites. 💛

Every loaf begins simply, with flour, water, and culture. Then it rests for two days in quiet fermentation, developing tenderness and depth of flavor. By the time it’s baked, it carries the patience and care of bread meant to be broken and shared at every table. 🥹

I'm grateful for every single one of you! Thank you for sharing your love for bread with me. I always love hearing your stories every week and have gotten to know some of you in person! It's a true blessing that I get to serve my community and break bread with you all. 💛
