Ginger Spence I made vegan cookies tonight because I was out of eggs and OMG they came out amazing. I added dry cranberries, white chocolate chunks, and pecan pieces. I used butter flavored store brand pancake syrup in mine. The cookie dough tasted like classic toll house cookies. This is a great recipe for those that can't have dairy or eggs.

Vegan Cookie Dough
◇1cup flour
◇1tsp baking powder
◇1/2tsp baking soda
◇1/4 cup sugar
◇1/2tsp salt
◇1/3 cup maple syrup
◇1tsp vanilla
◇1/4 cup country crock plant butter melted.
◇1/4 cup each Mix-ins pick 3 such as chocolate chip, white chocolate chunks, nuts, dry fruit.

Pre heat over to 375°
Mix fist five ingredients with large spoon.
Combine syrup, vanilla and melted plant butter.
Poor wet Mmix into dry then add mix-ins.
Mix with spoon just until combined, do not over mix or they will be tough.
Use small cookie scoop and put on a parchment lined cookie sheet. Bake at 375° for 10 min
Makes approximately 24 cookies

What could be better than dropping off the kiddos and heading home for a cup of coffee and a boozy little pie or three. Your box of twelve will come with three of each flavor. Each pie will be individually packaged for easy storage, not that they will last that long. Those that have ordered the mini pies in the past will tell you the fresh ingredients and flaky all butter pie crust make these something special. To place an order just message me. Pick up will be after 8am on Friday the 5th

These little gems are made with fresh ingredients incased in an all-butter homemade pie crust. Price for an assorted box of 12 is $22.50
