FUN FACT OF THE DAY!

Ever wonder where the word “biscotti” comes from?

The word biscotti comes from the Italian “biscotto,” which literally means “twice baked.”

It comes from two Latin-rooted words:

bis = twice
coctus = cooked/baked

And that name makes perfect sense! Traditional biscotti are baked once as a loaf, sliced, and then baked again to give them that signature crisp, crunchy texture that makes them perfect for dunking in coffee.

So the next time you bite into a biscotti, remember...

We say this from the bottom of our hearts: thank you for supporting a small family business. From our returning fans to the new faces we met this weekend, we appreciate you. Without you, none of this would be possible.

We'd also like to extend a special thank you to the Bluebird for being so kind and helpful to the vendors this weekend.

When we first started last June, we never expected to have grown to where we are now. We hope to continue to grow our brand and expand into even more locations, giving you more opportunities to pick up your favorite biscotti.

Introducing something close to our hearts

💗𝙎𝙥𝙧𝙞𝙣𝙠𝙡𝙚𝙨 𝙤𝙛 𝙎𝙩𝙧𝙚𝙣𝙜𝙩𝙝 💗

This flavor is more than just a sweet treat. It was created in honor of my mother-in-law, Tracie Akers, who was recently diagnosed with breast cancer. She is one of the strongest people we know, and this biscotti is our way of standing beside her in this fight.
