My first sprinkle cake and I had an absolute BLAST making it! Fun to make and loved the final result 🌈 but I think the best part was how happy my little customer was 💞🦄 swipe to see how excited she was when she got her surprise in the center! I love when I get to do a cake slightly out of the norm from all the others! This Pink Velvet cake frosted with Strawberry Swiss Meringue 😍🎂 literally had me wanting to send some to everyone to taste! I don’t have a super sweet tooth so the silky smooth less sugary taste of this frosting was absolutely perfect! Pair it with fresh strawberries and it doesn’t get any better

Love looking at that flat ready to frost cake 😍 but more then that I love remembering my Grandmom. She was a cake decorator and one of my favorite gifts ever was this amazing cake spinner (or whatever you’d like to call it) they definitely don’t make them like this anymore! What will you be baking or doing on this snowy day? I’ve got a couple cakes and brownies up my sleeves!

Who said sheetcakes have to be basic? Not me, that’s for sure
Hummingbird cake....think the cinnamon & nutty flavors of carrot cake sans the carrots mixed with banana bread 🤤 and a little toss in of pineapples! Frosted with delicious pineapple buttercream. This cake is absolute heaven in every bite! .
