Went to my favorite cake shops for supplies of course yesterday and discussed this cake project I had to do and wanted to share. Enjoy.
Four layer 12 inch red velvet with homemade buttercream. Covered in fondant, hair, snout horns all made with modeling chocolate. Roses and leaves provided by Frans. Cupcakes are French vanilla and chocolate with a homemade buttercream and succulent accents
I think parents should get a party when their child turns one.
On a less controversial note, the swan cookie & gold accents are my favorite parts of this cookie set.

I love making cakes! It’s a wonderful feeling to create something unique & delicious for a celebration!
I especially liked how the clients thoughtfully made their custom bar mitzvah cake request with symbolism in mind - the bottom tier is more “kid flavors and design” & the top tier is more “adult flavors & design” - representing the transition from childhood into adulthood.
