I had some dough that needed to be baked, so I grabbed some sliced turkey, Swiss & gruyere shredded cheese, banana peppers, sprinkled some Italian seasoning over it...folded it up and sprinkled everything bagel on top! It smells AMAZING!

Chilly outside but the oven is keeping the kitchen nice and warm! Using up some discard today and so far I've made another batch of English Muffins and some biscuits 🥰

3 loaves of bread, a dozen cinnamon rolls and a triple batch of danishes proofing! Will be making cookies tomorrow!

Can't think of a better way to spend this weekend when we're slated to get some snow!
