For the past 20 years, I’ve built my career as a private chef, caterer, and food truck owner by bringing people together through unforgettable food and service. From intimate private dinners to large catered events and serving guests from my food truck, I’m passionate about creating flavorful experiences that turn every meal into a memory. I truly believe people eat with their eyes first, which is why I put as much care into presentation as I do flavor. I love taking our favorite dishes from different cuisines and adding my own creative twist, blending bold flavors, comfort, and originality into every plate I serve. Much of my inspiration comes from time spent with family and friends, where food has always been at the center of connection, laughter, and celebration. For me, great food has always been about more than just eating, it’s about connection, experience, and bringing people together.

As a Chef cooking and creating is a big part of what I do, but another big part and something I really enjoy is knowing my customers, audience and the dynamics of the crowd, every event, every catering event, every concert, I research, I study the artist favorite foods, what the crowd may want and we do our best at providing something that fits/a special but also stay true to our very diverse menu, we offer fun things for people as they visit the food truck, a red carpet for customers to walk on, mini Oscar awards to give to customer for different things like best dressed and such, a map to tell us where they are from and since we have started this truck we get a sticker for every event if possible if it's local, a concert or a park . I love what I do and have worked hard to get where I am . I'm excited for the opportunities coming my way and fear will not be a factor in my journey.

If you will be at The Caverns this Friday and Saturday for the 49 Wi******er concert come see us for dinner. We will have some amazing BBQ, our Mozzaffales and loaded pulled pork tater cakes along with our regular menu.

We had a great night at the 250th celebration in Wi******er. We brought back some of our old menu like the Sassy Club and tried some of our new menu items and sold out of both. Check out the cheese pull on this MOZZAFFLE!
