What an honor to have the opportunity to take engagement photos of this beautiful couple. It is so obvious when you spend time with them just how much they love each other. We had a great time in Estes - thank you Johnathon Mendoza and Anna Todd for the time we got to spend together! We kept our sense of humor and adventure even with the wind and cold!

In a rare moment when we both had some free time at the same time, my friend and fellow photographer Fernando Duran-Alcantar took some time to wander some parks and take some photos today. Our focus was working on our shutter speed and we got lucky and ran into some boys willing to let us take their photos at a local skate park. Had a great time and promised the boys I would post their photos here.

Taking photos is my passion - and while I thought that taking pictures of landscapes and objects was my greatest joy, after taking photos of the Hill family, I discovered that I really enjoy people! This was my first time taking family photos, and what a family to begin with. Such a fun and loving group of people. I was truly honored to be a part of their day.
