It is with an extremely heavy heart that I announce I must step away from Goat Mountain Goodies, for the time being. We learned yesterday that one of my family members—one of my biggest supporters, and my best friend—has a terminal illness and we may not have much time left together. I plan to spend the next few months creating new memories with her, and enjoying every single moment that I can. We will be back—hopefully sometime next year, so please don’t forget about us. My husband and I have cherished every moment of meeting you all, getting to know our community better, and serving you up some sweet treats and smiles. Thank you all, from the bottom of my heart. Hug your loved ones, and stay sweet 💗

Swing by the Estacada Traffic & Public Safety Committee’s National Night Out, tomorrow evening from 5pm-8pm! It’s a family-friendly event that’s free to attend, with food available for purchase. Come meet first responders, win some prizes, and pick up a few of your favorite treats at the Goat Mountain Goodies booth. Have a sweet day, and see you all there! 🍪

Looking to achieve a balanced diet? Easy! Just put one cookie in each hand.

August is quickly approaching, and we've got three great events coming up.

First up you can find us this Saturday at the 8th annual Journey up car show hosted by the “Punishers LEMC”, in the old Kmart (RIP) parking lot from noon until 5pm. I've attached a flier below with more information.

Shortly following is the Estacada National Night Out, in front of the fire station from 5pm-8pm. There you can find face painting, have the chance to meet first responders (and pick up a child ID kit while you're there), as well as purchase cookies, fruity cereal treats, and lemon bars from little ol' me. See below for event flier.

Then I'll be taking a "break" to prepare for my biggest event yet-- Maizee Mae's Outdoor Antique Fair. There will be over 100 vendors, and we will be slinging sweets as quickly as I can get them across the table! With this being such a large event (thousands of people) I'll be spending my three weeks prepping packaging and baking my little heart out.

Looking for a fun summer activity tomorrow? Swing by Wade Creek park from 12pm-6pm and join the fun at Arts at the Creek. This week I’m featuring H.I. Bar Farms organic blueberries, and as usual wonderful eggs from some very well loved chickens at Rancho Rachel Produce. There will be live music, food and drinks available for purchase, plenty of fun activities (including free face painting), and a raffle—try your luck for a chance to win a $25 gift certificate from Goat Mountain Goodies! Be there or be square!

Good afternoon!

I just wanted to issue an apology to those of you who came to visit me at the antique faire Saturday afternoon/Sunday to find that I had already sold out! I brought over 150 items and sold out in only 5 hours—and believe me, I was shocked. Most people were extremely kind and understanding of my selling out, and for that I am truly grateful.

This was my first two day event, and being a one-woman-show in a non-commercial kitchen (with only one stand mixer) means I am very limited on how much I can make with only a week between events. Here at Goat Mountain Goodies I make my baked goods from scratch, and take a lot of time to source fresh, local ingredients to ensure your treats are nothing short of delicious (and freshly baked the week of). So thank you all for your patience, your support, and for enjoying something that I’ve poured my heart and soul in to.

Next weekend you can find me at Wade Creek Park for the Estacada Area Arts Commission Arts at the Creek event, from 12pm-5pm. If you tried something this weekend that you loved and would like more of, please reach out and I will ensure that I have it set aside for you.
