So this batch of Fluffernutter Cookies will have Fluff AND peanut butter filling 😋 😉

I’m also making both kinds of Pretzel bites Salted And My Maple ones 🥨

I’m utilizing today to make my Cherry Compote for the Black Forst Cake and going to make all my pretzel dips! Along with Cookie doughs

I don’t want the chaos that unfolds in my home Friday morning when I’m running around last minute cause I forgot to make something 😂 Then come home to a triple load of last minute dishes 🤦🏻‍♀️

I have gone back to my list of what I need to get done on specific days to keep me on track 😆

I’m not gonna lie I had quite a few leftover espresso cake in a cup and I literally have eaten 4 since Friday 🤦🏻‍♀️ Oh my are they delicious and moist 😉 I got some new cups that are more my Theme…Pink 🩷 They are so cute!

So glad the heatwave is over for now 😮‍💨 Last Friday was so humid and yucky 🥵 My Asthma hates humidity!

So I’m going to be creating an event for Fried Friday but I asked a friend to make me a flyer ( not using AI). Seems this AI issue is pretty Important to a lot of folks and I just want to respect those that have come to me respectfully and quietly!
I’m impartial to it all so either way doesn’t bother me.

Well gotta go get some things done ✌️

I’ll be making bread bowls for Norman’s Truck Seafood Chowder this week 😉 along with his Lemon Dill Brioche rolls!

Fourth of July weekend is going to be epic 🙌🏻 Fried Friday is going to be loaded with great stuff!
I gotta work on my menu now cause I have 2 days of setting up plus I want to make sure Marston’s is fully stocked for the weekend!

Thinking maybe I may need to get a grandchild over to help that week 🤔

I’m gonna have a good menu for this week and a great Menu for the Fourth of July weekend so stay tuned 😉

Evening Friends, Gosh I think the heat really got to me and my man yesterday 🥵 We’ve been sleeping all day 🤦🏻‍♀️ I finally feel a bit better ( at least can keep my eyes open now)!

Had a few things left over from yesterday because I think the Heat was to much for people yesterday as well so it will go with the grandkids tomorrow ☀️

I have a couple Rosemary garlic loaves left that I am going to make croutons for next week 🥗

Today I’m doing something easy and working on next Fried Fridays Menu 📝 And the Marston Menu 📝

I gotta find something to make for the Marston Farm 🤔 My stuff isn’t selling other than when the Marston’s themselves buy it 🤣

If you were visiting a small farm stand what is something from a baker would you like to see?

My Sourdoughs is amazing but no one knows that around there so it doesn’t sell 🤔

I know there are a lot of home bakeries..we are heavily saturated with them but I believe there is room for all of us who are just trying to feed people great homemade goods while trying to make a few bucks 🥖 🍪 🧁

I’m what you would call a Traveling Cottage Baker meaning I don’t set up in Epsom ( my home town) I generally travel to different venues and sell my product so getting “regular customers “ can be challenging 🤷🏻‍♀️ I have my OG ones and appreciate you all more than you know 🙏🏻

It’s why I love these Fried Fridays I’m in one space and people know where to find me every Friday…I’m going to totally pimp my pop up out 😂 I’m looking for a rug say 8x8 for the floor of it so if anyone knows where I could get one cheap please reach out 🙏🏻

I’m going to dig out my old table setups and really make my space the way I use to..thinking I’m going to hit up a consignment store or two soon 😉

Well I hope everyone is keeping cool today 😎 and if you have any ideas on what I can make for the farm stand please send me all your ideas…I can pretty much make anything and if I can’t I’ll try ☺️

FML 🤦🏻‍♀️ Broke my front tooth eating Pizza tonight…It’s gone!! Like I just can’t catch a break!
Oh well it is what it is ..it will get fixed but I’ll look like a hillbilly till then 😂

On another note I’ve finished all but Pretzels and Cinnamon rolls which will be made in the morning!
Bread baking will be in the am and my dough came out beautifully 🥰

Well gotta get to sleep 4:30 comes fast 😴

Evening Friends 🌙 I’m thinking about all I have to make and bake and just so thankful My man got us a A/C 🤗

Was going to do a few things tonight to get me ready but I’m actually exhausted 🥱 Watching a 1 1/2 year old and a 7 month old will most certainly do that to you 😂

My man is coming home with some dinner and I think I’ll rest up tonight cause the next two days I won’t have time to rest 🤷🏻‍♀️
