Just finished baking all the sliders and have one more stretch and fold on some dough and then I can sleep 😴 5am is going to come fast 🕔

I will most likely be at Tractor supply for 12 because I have all my sourdough and Cinnamon rolls to bake in the morning! And I also have to package and label everything 🤦🏻‍♀️

Just not enough time in the day 🥺 I wasn’t able to get to my Jalapeño sourdough but I did make it for the flight boxes 😉

Well gotta go stretch and fold and hit the hay 🛌

I haven’t stopped since I got up this morning 😮‍💨 So I’m taking a break now 😬

It’s crazy how long it takes to make my pretzel bites 🤦🏻‍♀️ They certainly are a labor of Love 💗

Burger Buns ✅

Next I’m catching up on the dishes I used and then onto the Hawaiian Sliders, Lemon dill sliders and Pumpkin breads!

Tonight I will start my Italian and Jalapeno dough and let it bulk overnight and shape and bake tomorrow 😉

Tomorrow I’m going to get up early and start baking my bread and make a bunch of Cinnamon Rolls 🌀

So I’m looking at a long night and early morning but thankfully I have these energy chocolates that keep me going.. they are like those 5 hour energy drinks but In Chocolate form 😋

Well breaks over time to do the dishes 🧼

I can’t tell you how much I enjoy these Fried Fridays, Chris is the owner of Norman the food truck and possibly the nicest guy I’ve had the pleasure to meet ☺️

He doesn’t do it because he needs to, He does it because he loves his community and to feed people good quality food at a very decent price!

Wait till you see his Menu for this Friday 😱 His prices are ridiculously low for the kind of food he puts out! Do you know he doesn’t use frozen chicken for his chicken bites and makes them homemade with his teenage son? Crazy right!? And his Seafood ..Best Haddock I’ve ever had..and I know my Haddock 😂

Chris, I appreciate you 🙏🏻 I think what you are doing for us and the community is a great thing..I think once people see that we are there so they may have local homegrown,homemade, products AND get a great meal and a Moktail/ dirty soda it will end up being the spot to be at on a summer Friday night 🥰

Good Morning Friends ☀️ Today I am working on my Friday Menu!

I’m also going to be working on my Fourth of July Menu for Fried Friday and Sawyer Lake setup at my daughters house 🤗 She will have her Sweet Sips cart setup as well 😉

Sawyer lake was where I first started selling last summer and boy have I come a long way and now have the confidence to make things that were hard for me last year ..like Burger Buns 🍔 😆 They were awful when I tried making them last year!

Now I’m making things I thought I could never do and they come out great 😊 ( except my Raspberry rolls 🤦🏻‍♀️)

Gonna go check the farm store today as well..I need Maple Syrup 🍁

So I am going to try this week Jalapeño Pretzel bites, a Everything seasoning & Cream Cheese bagel loaf 😮

Well I’m off to do the things I gotta do today , Enjoy the beautiful Sunny day Friends 🌞

Making my man a Sicilian pizza style Focaccia 🍕 it’s in the oven now and The house smells delicious 🤤

I’ve literally been sleeping most of the day, I think my body needed it 🤷🏻‍♀️

Oh and I still have not had Hibachi 😆 By the time we got to the restaurant they were closing early 🤦🏻‍♀️ So we had Longhorn 🤷🏻‍♀️

My Man delivered to the Marston’s so I could get ready for our Anniversary Date 🥰 He’s taking me to Habachi 🤗 I’ve never had it so I’m excited!

So Hawaiian buns, Cinnamon Rolls , Nutella Rolls ( singles and 4pk) and mini pumpkin bread loaves were delivered this evening to the Marston’s Farm Store 😉

All will be delivered to the Marston Store in a few hours 🩷
