I have always loved cooking and baking, and after months of research, I decided to dedicate myself to sourdough. I have had autoimmune issues and gut health problems for years, which is why I chose sourdough specifically. I made my sourdough starter from scratch on January 17, 2025, and have been baking with it since, learning the art and timing of everything.
