I decided to take inspiration from one of my favorite Greek desserts—baklava—and bring it into a loaf of sourdough! 🥖🇬🇷

This bake is filled with the warm, aromatic flavors of cinnamon and cloves, the natural sweetness of honey, and the nutty crunch of toasted walnuts. The result? A loaf that feels both comforting and a little bit decadent, just like baklava itself.
