The Summer Reading Kickoff has been moved indoors, so the fun is still happening rain or shine!

This is going to be such a fun event for the kids, and we hope to see lots of families come out and enjoy all the activities and community fun planned for today.

I’ll have fresh baked co**has, specialty flavors, and cortadillo available while supplies last!

I’ll be set up right next to Thankfully Caffeinated, and her drinks pair perfectly with the treats on my menu. Be sure to stop by and grab a coffee or specialty drink to go with your co**ha or cortadillo!

✨ Cortadillo Update ✨

First off, thank y’all so much for the overwhelming support! 🥹💕

I have closed comments on the two cortadillo posts from today so I can work through everyone who has already commented or messaged me.

I am reaching out to people in the order comments and messages were received. Please be patient with me, as there are far more requests than I ever expected, and many people are wanting 10+ slices at a time.

My goal is to get everyone the amount they are wanting, and I will continue baking throughout tonight and tomorrow. However, because of the volume of interest, I cannot guarantee that I will be able to fulfill every request by tomorrow.

If you haven’t heard back from me yet, please know I am not ignoring you. I see your comment or message! To help me keep track, I am not replying, reacting, or commenting back until I have worked my way to your spot on the list.

Y’all were not playing about the cortadillo!

I am officially SOLD OUT of everything I had baked.
I am currently baking more, and will be ready later today.
I will also be baking more tomorrow also because it looks like I’m going to need a lot more cake than I originally expected! 😂

My unpopular opinion… before the dot cake craze took over social media, Mexican bakeries were already serving up the original sprinkle-covered favorite: Cortadillo ✨🍰

Since we’re all going crazy over dots and sprinkles right now, I figured it was the perfect time to make some cortadillo!

And because we’re in our sprinkle era, this month’s special co**ha flavor will be a Cortadillo Co**ha or Dot co**ha whatever you want to call it 😋
