Recipe testing in the bakery is one of my favorite ways to spend the day 🤤
Sometimes the “just one quick test batch” turns into standing over the counter eating warm crackers straight off the tray, trying to decide if they’re ready for the menu yet. 😂
This is our newest sourdough cracker experiment - thin, crisp, buttery and loaded with savory seasoning and seeds. The kind of snack that somehow disappears faster than the bread around here.
One of the best parts of Wild Bandit Bakery is that, often, our menu items started because a customer asked for them, encouraged us or helped us test ideas along the way.
