Happy National Egg Day! 🥚
As someone who goes through dozens and dozens and dozens of eggs every year (I should really keep a grand total, shouldn’t I?), I can assure you that all of the eggs in my cookies are made with eggs from local farms.
That’s right. You won’t find a grocery store egg in my cookies.
I purchase all of my eggs from Thistle Creek Alpacas and MaeLen Farms Roadside Market.
Does that make it more expensive on my end?
Yes.
But would I prefer to support local farmers and have the peace of mind that my eggs are fresh?
Also, yes.

Happy 12th birthday to this absolute QUEEN!
Some of you have had the pleasure of meeting Ivy when you’ve come to pick up your cookies.
I usually try to keep her barricaded during pickup times, but she occasionally sneaks out the door; there’s nothing this dog loves more than meeting people!
Well, besides snuggling up to her family, cozy blankets, daily walks, and her weekly trips to the farmer’s market. 😊

🐶 Paws and Pumpkins is a great event that benefits the City of Buffalo Animal Shelter. Be sure to check out the awesome basket raffle that raises money for the shelter!

It’s safe to say that when I received this order, I did a little happy dance.
“She’s Fresh Off the Market” was definitely on my bucket list of cookie themes.
I LOVE a good farmer’s market.
While I’m usually at the Aurora farmers' market every week, I made it my goal to try to get to more this market season.
This summer, I made it to , , , , and even the when we were in Canada last month.
