So I often get asked what my "commercial kitchen" looks like.... For those of you who have had a chance to check out my website, you will see that my shop is located in my home, but that I have a completely separate "Cake Kitchen". It has a separate entrance from the outside and is cut off from the rest of my living area, this allows me to have a Bakery License* and also makes me subject to the same drop by inspections and regulations from the WI Health Department that any retail storefront bakery also has.

*This means I can legally sell baked goods out of my home, you can even bring my treats to public schools!

With that being said, here are some pics! I hope you enjoy!
