Im happy announce as of this coming Sunday, July 12th, the cafe and candy shop will be under new ownership.
I'd like to thank everyone for supporting us the past 8 years.. 2 years selling goods out of my home and 6 years in a storefront. I have become friends with so many of you and you have always have been more than just a customer.
As Keanna and Jason navigate being business owners for the first time, please show them some grace while they settle into a routine of getting product in, learning the menu and creating new items that I'm sure you will enjoy.
As for me, I'm moving to the banks of the Kenduskeag in north Bangor and will be going back to being a home baker with a farm stand. I expect to have "Stream Side Farm Stand" open next spring with a variety of your favorite baked goods, breads, gifts and seasonal produce from our gardens. Until then, I will be getting our current home ready to sell and traveling to other countries.
