As you may know, I now operate out of theblueroomellensburg inside the Fitterer’s Building, and I’m grateful to be using their kitchen space! It’s a full service lunch and dinner spot offering craft food, delicious wine, and scratch dessert by Joey’s Patisserie!
If you place an order with me, you can now simply pick up at
114 W 4th ave unit 103 Ellensburg, Wa During their hours of operation, or at a predetermined time.
I’m excited to have this opportunity, and have a quick and easy place in the heart of downtown Ellensburg for you to pick up your pastry goods!

Fun fact: I didn’t like cupcakes for a long time but more recently I’m coming around to them! As long as they are not too sweet and have quality ingredients, can’t go wrong! I use real butter in all the frostings, and make a buttercream that’s been cooked so it’s not grainy at all. I made and decorated almost 250 cupcakes this weekend for the market and we sold out in almost two hours! THANK YOU 🧁
