Before we finalize all of the details for our October cake decorating class, I’d love some input from you all 🧡

Would you be more interested in a “Basics of Cake Decorating” class or a Halloween-themed class for next month?

A “Basics of Cake Decorating” class would focus more on stacking cake layers, smooth buttercream application, & piping techniques that can used for every occasion. Guests would follow step-by-step instruction by me, as well as be able to refer to a completed cake if needed 🧈

A Halloween-themed class would be more of a decorated event & guests would decorate a style of cake that goes along with the holiday. I would provide hands-on assistance as well as provide a fully-decorated cake that guests can refer to 🎃

This cake features two tiers, one 8” & one 6”, each 3-layers. The cake is a classic almond cake with an almond buttercream, decorated elegantly with white hand-piped corals & shells that you’d find right on the beach shore 🐚
