Red On Ridge, LLC All pies are made from scratch! Pre order only. Order forms for each month are posted on the first of each month on this page.

To ensure quality, order form is taken down after quota for the month has been met. All items are baked from scratch and made with love in our country home (licensed by the State of Ohio). My recipes are good old-fashioned recipes that might spark a childhood memory, and will hopefully also make new memories for generations who never had the privilege to taste these classic recipes. Here are some

of the pies available: (all $15 each - payments accepted are cash, PayPal, Venmo, and Zelle)

Pies with double crust or crumb topping: Peach, Cherry, Blueberry, Apple, Raspberry, Strawberry Rhubarb, Raisin, Pecan (no topping)

Cold pies with whipped cream or meringue: Peaches & Cream, Strawberry, Raspberry, Chocolate, Peanut Butter, Key Lime, Lemon, Chocolate Peanut Butter, Sugar Cream (no topping), Pumpkin (no topping)

If you're looking for something to do this weekend, come visit Gomer, OH for their celebration on Saturday, May 16. I'll be making pies for the event! Flavors are Cold Strawberry, Key Lime, Apple Crumble, Peach Double Crust, Lemon Meringue, and Cold Raspberry. There will only be 126 slices available, so come early to get a slice of pie!!

I know it's Pi Day (3-14)...and I really should be making pies. But I just can't. I'm missing my Mom today 😢She went to her heavenly home 3 weeks ago today. Honestly, I'm struggling just being in my kitchen....so much reminds me of her. And it's POSITIVE thoughts....I'm just sad that she is no longer here. In honor of her, I did muster up enough energy to at least make one of her favorite jello desserts. It's a scrumptious orange jello dessert with a lemony topping.
6 oz. orange jello
2 c. (16 fl oz) boiling water
2 c. (16 fl oz) ice water
15 oz. mandarin oranges, drained
1 1/2 c. (12 fl oz) milk + 3.4 oz instant lemon pudding
1/2 c. (4 fl oz) milk + 1 envelope Dream Whip + 1 tsp. vanilla
Mix the Jell-O with boiling water until dissolved. Add ice water and stir until the ice melts. Pour into a 7 x 11 dish. Refrigerate 30 minutes, then stir in mandarin oranges. Once completely set, add the topping. For the topping, mix the milk + pudding in a bowl. Set aside. Beat the milk, Dream Whip, and vanilla in a mixer on high for about 6-8 minutes until peaks form. Combine the pudding and whipped cream together. Spread over jello. Refrigerate.
