Sometimes you have to return to old favorites. I love dessert mashups. These brookies will be at the market tomorrow. So much chocolate, semisweet chips are the second ingredient.

My Biscoff cookies are loaded with flavor. The cookies have Biscoff cookie pieces mixed in with real white chocolate chips and are finished with a Biscoff cookie butter center. This has become one of my daughter’s favorite cookies. Come check them out at the Elgin Makers Market on Saturday.
