I’m working on a NEW seasonal flavor behind the scenes, and let’s just say… pumpkin + cinnamon rolls might be happening! 🤩🍂

I’m hoping to have these ready just in time for Halloween week, and I cannot WAIT to share more with you!! 🤤🎃

This week looks a little different around here! 🫶🏻

I’ll be spending my baking time whipping up a BIG variety of homemade desserts for a local high school football dinner (65 hungry teenagers… wish me luck 😂🍪) and then we’re off to celebrate a family wedding over the weekend! 💍🫶🏻

So, I won’t be taking my usual weekly orders this week, but I’ll be back the following week with all your fall favorites! 🍎🍂

🍎 A little behind the scenes at Baker’s Bliss…

This week I’m making our fall sweet rolls (only here for a limited time!): Apple Pie Cinnamon Rolls! 🍎🤎

I thought it would be fun to share a little peek at the process before these make their way into the oven. Soft sourdough cinnamon roll dough, a buttery brown sugar filling, plenty of cozy spices, and lots of diced apples come together to make these perfectly fall-inspired rolls 🥰

There’s something extra special about seeing all those layers come together before they’re baked and topped with cream cheese icing!

Orders for this week are open through TONIGHT at 8 PM for Friday pickup in Eldridge. 🫶🏻
