Signature White- my very favorite loaf to make. It feels familiar, peaceful. Demanding that my hands be busy so my mind can run free.
Sourdough brings me joy. From the sweet grassy smell of freshly ground wheat, to the finicky personalities of starter and dough, to the beautiful rhythm of life it embodies. Slow in the cold. Fast in the warmth. Rushing for no one.
