Cinnamon Rolls, packed with a cocktail of flavors. This treat definitely leaves you wanting more. Thank you always for following my page and for your support.
Dough:
• 4 cups all-purpose flour
• ½ cup granulated sugar
• 1 tsp fine sea salt
• ⅓ cup unsalted butter, softened
• 1 cup lukewarm whole milk
• 2.5 tsp instant yeast
• 2 large eggs
• 1 large egg yolk
• Butter to grease Casserole dish
Filling:
• 1 cup dark brown sugar
• 2½ Tbsp ground cinnamon
• ⅓ cup unsalted butter, softened
Frosting:
• 8 oz cream cheese, softened
• 1½ cups powdered sugar
• 3 Tbsp whole milk, add more if needed
1tsp vanilla flavor
