It's been a minute but I'm trying to get back in the swing of things.

Got a couple videos coming along with a few other things I'm working on.

But here is my latest cake pan, I baked a 7-Up Cream Cheese pound cake and glass, along with some Lemon 🍋 Curd.

I'm relaunching my (Dessert In a Box), almost everything you need to create some tasty cookies, brownies, and/or pound cakes. You provide a few basic ingredients, a couple of simple tools, and elbow grease to create your own homemade confection. The brownies and pound cakes are available in both sober and spiked.

I need your help in getting 10 orders. My class reunion will be celebrating our 40th next year and I've been blessed to be able to do our first fundraiser. My (Dessert In a Box) are available to order - cookies, brownies, and pound cakes. Prices start at $25 and do not include shipping. The brownies and cakes are available sober or spiked (if spiked, they have to ship via UPS/FedEx).

There is a 50/50 split for every order.

I recently accepted the challenge of participating in Polar Plunge benefiting Special Olympics Florida.

I know what you're thinking - What is Polar Plunge?! Polar Plunge is an annual fundraising drive for those of us brrr-ave enough to take the challenge! Participants - or "Plungers" raise funds to get wild and plunge into chilly water this winter.

I am asking you to help by supporting my fundraising efforts with a donation towards my goal of $500. Your tax-deductible gift will make a difference in the lives of more than 60,000 Special Olympics Florida athletes!

About Spiked Delights

Spiked Delights was created out of my passion for cooking and baking and watching others enjoy. It is a made to order baking business featuring nostalgic favorites with a different twist. Nothing is standard except the sizes and prices. Some of the offerings are sober and able to be enjoyed by all; others are a bit “loaded”, spiked if you will and should only be indulged by the seasoned connoisseurs (those over 21 yrs old). I can bake here locally and deliver or make available for pickup. You can even have it shipped to you (within the U.S. for now). I offer cakes (pound/bundt/layer), cupcakes (jumbo/regular/mini), cheesecakes, brownies, cookies; even cobblers, banana pudding, whipped cream, chocolate/caramel sauces and will be introducing ice cream, ice cream cakes and candy. Again, if it can be sober, it can definitely be SPIKED!

Regular size cakes (8” layer/bundt) start @ $30, Brownies @ $25, Jumbo Cupcakes @ 4/$20, Regular size Cheesecakes @ $25. All of those prices are “sober”, spiked is $10 more per product. Specialty items like Caramel and Carrot cakes will also be at a higher price point, $40 sober. My pricing is subject to change without notice. Sizes offered: 4” items sold in a set of four, 6”, 8”, 9”, and 12” and that goes for cakes and cheesecakes. Regular cupcakes are by the dozen, minis are 24 and jumbo in sets of 4.

I’m available for events where I offer the same desserts in “mini” taste sizes. I also offer DIBs - Dessert In a Box (patent pending), where your purchase gets you ALL of the pre-measured, non-perishable ingredients, the recipe, detailed notes, frosting/glaze ingredients, a few tools to make it bit easier AND a silicone pan or liners. All you have to do is have the simple tools (i.e. mixer, mixing bowl, etc) and purchase the basic perishable items on your list then create your very own “homemade confection”. Spiked DIBs are not yet available for shipping. DIBs are available as layer cakes, bundt cakes, cupcakes, molten lava cakes, brownies and drop cookies. Cheesecake option are possible.

My baked confections and DIBs are offered in a monthly, quarterly or annual subscription.
