Good evening and happy new year!
I wanted to take a moment and update everyone who has graciously supported my little cottage bakery. Without you, this project would be naught.

We purchased a stone mill and have begun adding fresh milled flour to the loaves! We will be using a flour blend going forward, which will aid in the flavor, quality, and nutrition of the sourdough I offer. That being said, we will have new prices for the loaves. The loaves will not decrease in weight, they will actually stay the same or be slightly heavier.

The new cost for the classic sourdough and sandwich bread is going to be $10 per loaf.

For the month of January, we will only offer these two items. We will bring back dinner rolls and focaccia in February, so stay tuned!

For now, here’s how you can order and get your bread:
Order via text or phone call by Sunday evenings at 8pm.
Pickups will be available Wednesdays during office hours at Staff of Life in Niceville and Coastal Chiropractic in Shalimar, in the afternoons at my home on Eglin, and in the evenings at First Baptist Church Fort Walton Beach.
