🎨 Planning the design and figuring out all the details
🥣 Making the dough
❄️ Chilling the dough
✂️ Rolling and cutting each individual shape
🔥 Baking the cookies — using electricity, of course!
🧹 Cleaning up after making and baking the dough
🧁 Making the icing
🎨 Coloring multiple batches of icing
💧 Making different icing consistencies for different techniques
✍️ Piping multiple layers and details
⏰ Allowing each layer time to dry before adding the next
🧹 Cleaning up and washing bowls, tools and work surfaces between steps
✨ Giving the finished cookies a full 8–24 hours to completely dry
📦 Purchasing bags, boxes, labels, ribbons and other packaging supplies
🧹 Cleaning and sanitizing the workspace again after everything is finished
🚗 And finally, getting your order ready and delivering/presenting it to the customer.
