Gingersnap has been dreaming of being busy in her cozy cottage kitchen, carefully drizzling our fan-favorite Spiced Maple Glaze over trays of freshly baked Pumpkin Coffee Cakes—while quietly sliding one toward her side of the table. She insists it was already leaning that way. 👀

Warm pumpkin, buttery cinnamon crumble, and plenty of sweet, warmly spiced maple glaze… it’s everything we love about fall in one little cake. 😋

So much bread, so many cookies, and only so much room in the Gingersnap-mobile! 🍞🍪

I just dropped off 30 sourdough loaves and 30 Quarter Pound Cookies at three different locations in Edmond! You can now find Whiskful Thinking foods and products at:

And while I have your attention- our bestselling bread has received a shiny new name! The sourdough loaves previously called focaccia are now officially:

The first thing everyone says when they pick one up is, “It’s so soft!”—so it seemed only right to give our most popular loaf a name that fits. It’s the same delicious bread you already know and love, just with a brand-new name.

I hope you enjoy all the freshly stocked goodies! Now, if you’ll excuse me, I have flour in my hair and cookie crumbs in my pockets. Can’t imagine how they got there! 🤭

After making brioche rolls and burger buns, I had just enough extra dough to turn into raspberry pull-apart brioche with a sweet vanilla-lemon glaze.

But it was so delicious that now I have even more ideas!

Now I’m wondering which flavor should be next:

🍎 Apple-Cinnamon
🍓 Strawberry-Vanilla
🍫 Chocolate-Hazelnut

Sweet friends do not forget to check out the new second location of the Conscious Community Co-op!! Located at 200 S Fretz, this awesome new spot houses even more amazing vendors than the Waterloo location, and is minutes from downtown Edmond! My first time making mozzarella cheese from scratch was a delicious success! Made it into a homemade sourdough pizza with roast potatoes on the side. The kids are happy with dinner tonight!! 😋
