Happy Saturday.

Tomorrow we've got a blizzard headed our way, but that's not getting us down, because we're also celebrating a birthday this weekend.

These Scooby Snacks are all grown up. Made from a spiced chocolate mocha cupcake, and filled with a salty bacon bourbon caramel and iced in a light rosette made from creamy spiked whipped chocolate ganache buttercream.

Tis the night before Christmas, and not a creature is sleeping in this kitchen, as we prepare for the biggest order of the year.

You may know this customer, be it from his long white beard. Or his cherry nose, and his big red suit.

He likes to laugh, and flies a sleigh. Most importantly though, he loves cookies.

So this year we decided to make something special for Dear old Santa Clause.

These double chocolate mint chip cookies are perfect with a tall glass of milk. The only thing missing is some carrots for the reindeer, but we'll remember those for next year.

Continuing with the classic Peppermint Cocoa Christmas Menu, todays featured sweet is a twist on peppermint bark.

These peppermint trees are a mix of vanilla minty infused white and dark chocolate sprinkled inside and out with peppermint and marshmallows.

Each tree comes with it's own stick, a peppermint stick to be precise.

Only 5 days left till Christmas, which means 5 more days of festive holiday cheer in the form of delicious sweets and treats.

Twas the first day of Winter, and on this long yule night, why not cozy up by the fire with something warm and sweet.

My top choice would be these super fudgy peppermint crunch brownies.

Who doesn't love biting into a brownie, that crunches on the first bite but melts in your mouth the second it hits your tongue.

As a kid, my favorite things were sledding, making snowmen and drinking cocoa.

As an adult I still love cocoa, but with age I've gotten a bit fancy in how I like my mug of cheer.

Inspired by one of the most classic holiday combinations, this Christmas Season, my menu is all about chocolate and peppermint, starting with these cute bite sized hot chocolate cups.

Made from fudgy peppermint brownies, filled with a creamy cocoa mousse, and drizzled with white chocolate, before finishing it off with a peppermint stick.

It’s all the comfort of yours and my favorite winter drink, no mug required.

Throwback to Halloween this year.

These Halloween Treats were sure to make even your skeleton dance in delight. Inspired by some of my own favorite Holliday movies.

A mix of Espresso Chocolate and Old Fashion Spice cakes were filled with a twice cooked Birch Bourbon Caramel, and a perfectly sweet buttercream.

Each bone chocolate on top is filled with a a delicious faerie Cakes truffle and coated with white chocolate.

Birthdays are always something special.

December Birthdays though are a category of all their own.

This 8 inch, 3 layer red velvet cake is filled with a melt in your mouth smooth, whipped chocolate whiskey ganache and cream cheese filling.

Iced with a cream cheese buttercream, and chocolate drip and splatter to match the sparkle of the day.

Be it Savory, be it sweet.

A pie is still delicious no matter the filling, and this homemade chicken pot pie is sure to put a smile on anyone's face.

Stuffed with roasted chicken and buttery seasoned herbs, it definitely tastes like grandmas.

This pineapple upside down cake is rich with flavor, and guaranteed to be as sweet as the fresh black cherries on top, down to the last crumb.
