Lemon Bar Cheesecake 🍋

I apologize for being MIA and never made my way down to IL for a pop up. I worked all summer in preparations for my wedding.

We are now 2 weeks away ftom the wedding and life has been crazy.

Fingers crossed I can think of something after this crazy season passes. 🤞🏽

This may be a long shot asking here but is anyone trying to declutter and get rid of wedding decor they have stored away?

Whether you are in IL or here in Eau Claire since I will be traveling back and forth soon!

Our wedding is in almost 90 days so we are starting to crunch in a lot of stuff we been slacking on.

Message me if you do!

Edited to add: Our colors are black and white with hints of gold. Industrial rustic feels. Looking for mostly white/black flower garland, gold votives, fairy lights.

Hey everyone!
Here are some updates on the future of Angel’s Creamy Cheesecakes. It’s been a while since I updated as I have been going through the motions of grief since the pregnancy loss as well as some other hardships that cost me some set backs.

Unfortunately, due to the costs of new permits as well as other factors and the whirlwind of planning a wedding, it proved to be difficult to get up and running at Market on River at this time. I am really hoping to get something figured out after the wedding, so stay tuned.

I know so many of you miss the cheesecake and I truly miss making them but sadly they just don’t fit under the cottage rules here in Wisconsin no matter how many years of experience I have working in kitchens and graduating culinary school.

I am going to start branching out with other goodies that fit cottage rules so I want to know what you would want to try. Coffeecakes, cobblers, and specialty cookies like dubai chocolate, lemon blueberry, or fruity pebbles.

What do you think? Let me know in the comments.
