A little heads up about our summer schedule☀️

For June—August, restocks will happen:
☆ WEDNESDAY at noon (.ga)
☆ THURSDAY at 9am ()

Quantities will be limited, so come early! Fall (aka crazy, busy season) will be here before we know it, so it's top priority to make memories with our kiddos this summer. This schedule allows us to consolidate our prep and bake days, so we can do just that🤍

We will also be at the Downtown Eatonton Farmer's Markets, so you can catch us there, too! Bread Shed will be less frequent throughout the summer (since it likes to get hot in there), but will also ramp back up in the fall🍂 Make sure you're signed up for SMS notifications on our website, so you don't miss out when we decide to make a suprise drop!

When we started back in 2025, it was our misison to provide the area with the cleanest sourdough available.

We became the FIRST and only sourdough baker to use only organic ingredients, organic freshly milled grains, AND to ditch plastic and aluminum in the kitchen.

A year and a half later, we are still going strong. We may have scaled back some, because sometimes life calls for a good ole pivot, but you all continue to show up and show out.

Celebrating mom with the most delicious AND nutritious sourdough around💐

Our cinnamon rolls made a comeback for Mother's day weekend, and you all hopped at the opportunity to grab some! They don't come around often, since sweets are not something we prioritize.

But the top seller? Our sourdough pizza crusts. These FLEW when orders opened, and we are SO thankful that you guys love them so much😍
