No extras for today, but, guys. I'm very excited about a new product, that is not totally new. I have "Mini Bucks" on my website which are so great and versatile, but these, what I'm calling "Baby Bucks" are a fantastic size. We made egg sandwiches, deli sandwiches for the kids' lunch, had them with soup. We are going to try them as a slider burger bun this week. I'm in love. I'm going to have 90 "Baby Bucks" available on Thursday. I don't normally bake on Thursdays but I made a 72 hour long ferment batch of these for my family and I loved them so much I decided to make a batch yesterday to offer here on Thursday. The long ferment gives them such great flavor, with the added benefit of even better digestibility. So, if you want to claim some now, feel free. But, I will post again on Thursday. $1 each, 90 available, to be delivered hot out of the oven on Thursday afternoon.
