A LITTLE PREVIEW OF TOMORROW’S LINEUP

A beautiful selection of late-summer pastries, all handmade and ready for tomorrow at the PSU Farmers Market.

LAST CHANCE — SNOW PRINCESS SWEET WHITE PEACH TART

Our Snow Princess Sweet White Peach Tart is returning after such a wonderful response last week. This will be our final week featuring this special white peach variety from bairdfamilyorchards — Baird Family Orchards.

Tomorrow’s lineup will also include our new Hoji-cha & Fig Pound Cake, Blueberry Cassis Tiramisu, Earl Grey Swiss Roll Cake with Fresh Peach & Apricot Cream, Dairy-Free Huckleberry, Apricot & Coconut Panna Cotta Verrine, and Local Italian Plum Torte.

Late-summer fruits are at their peak right now, and we couldn’t resist turning them into this colorful collection of pastries.
