🌞Normally I am a big fan of Mother Nature. But today, we are feuding.

⛈️I was really looking forward to seeing everyone at the West Peoria Farmers market this evening. But this weather is too sassy for a leisurely stroll through the market.

🍪The good news is that I am going to be there next Wednesday on June 17! Let's plan on seeing each other then, okay?

🌺Last week we kicked off Market Season and I was so crazy-busy that I didn't get a chance to say THANK YOU! Thank you all for coming out, stopping to chat, and buying cookies. The Market is absolutely my happy place, so I'm so fortunate to be able to attend THREE this week! This will be my first time at the brand new, West Peoria Farmer's Market and I can't wait! West Peoria is my old stomping ground and I'm so happy that they are able to have a farmer's market for the community.

🍪I kept Pecan Turtle on the menu for this week because it was a hit last week. I also added a cookie that I've been thinking about for a while, Banana Puddin'. You will definitely want to try this one!

The Cookie Monster and Reese's cookies have been a hot seller this week and I'm down to only half dozen of each. So if you want to snag one tonight at the Pekin Farmers Market come early because they will go quick!

Hey Pekin! I can't wait to see you all tonight for the season opener of the Pekin Farmer's Market.

If you know me, you know that Pekin has a very special place in my heart because that's where I taught 2nd grade for 12 years! I hope that this market season brings some familiar faces to my booth because Mrs. Tharp would LOVE to see you!

I have signed up for the whole season, so I will be there every Thursday, through August 27. Swing by and say hi!
