Sad day here at Lou Lou's.... "Miss Mix-a-lot" stopped working mid Banana Pudding dough!! She only came on board with us in March of this year! We will see what KitchenAid customer service is like tomorrow! Hand mixing in ingredients for the remainder of the dough we are making! Rest assured we have back ups! Thank goodness for Grandma's I inherited when she no longer needed it.

What a beautiful day in Farmington at the Spoon River Drive! 🍂🍪

We are feeling incredibly grateful tonight. We brought over 600 cookies with us today, and somehow we came home with only 23! I truly wasn’t expecting such an amazing turnout, and I can’t thank everyone enough for stopping by and supporting our little bakery. 🩷

We stayed so busy throughout the day that I realized afterward I hardly took any pictures! 😂 I guess that’s a pretty wonderful problem to have, but I do wish I would have captured more of the day!

I’ll be bringing more goodies tomorrow, just not quite the volume or selection we had today. And if we happen to sell out, I’ll happily head home and get back to baking so we can be ready to do it all over again next weekend!

Thank you to everyone who purchased something, stopped to say hello, shared kind words, or simply came by our booth. Every bit of support means so much to our family and to Lou Lou’s Bakery!

Today we had the honor of making these sweet chocolate chip cookie cakes for the wonderful dads at Coldbrook Christian Church. We are so thankful for the fathers, grandfathers, and father figures who love, lead, support, and encourage their families every day.
