Our Gluten Sensitive Brownies are prepared in a common kitchen and shared tools with the risk of gluten exposure. Customers with gluten sensitivities should exercise judgment in consuming our brownies. Refund Policy
At Brownie Brain, we are proud of
our brownies! If you are unsatisfied with your brownies, we require that you please return your baked good to us within 24 hours of receiving it. All refunds given will be put on in-store credit to be used at a future date. We must receive the baked good back in order for a full refund to be received via store credit. NO CASH REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN. Cancellation Policy
We require a 48 hour notice to cancel an order. A 75% refund will be given and refunded to the credit card used. Brownie Brain retains 25% of the order price for transaction fees in processing orders and refunds, ingredients ordered and prep-work done for orders placed. Failure to receive a 48 hour notice for cancellation will result in no refund given. The 48 hour notice is from the DAY of delivery requested. If you cannot receive your order on the requested date of delivery, please contact us ASAP to reschedule. Ordering Policy
We require that all orders must be paid in full at the time they are placed, whether on our website or over the phone. We require 4 day’s notice for all orders placed. If placing a large catering order, please order at least 2 weeks in advance. Privacy Policy

We are currently offering free or discounted local delivery to East Northport, Northport, Greenlawn, Huntington, Commack, Centerport, Smithtown and Kings Park. Orders must be placed in advance, and a date must be selected for delivery. Delivery date and time will be confirmed approximately 24 hours in advance via text. Shipping
We are now offering UPS Ground shipping throughout New York State! (Due to New York’s Cottage Food Law, we are only allowed to sell and ship within New York). After shipment, orders are received within 1-2 business days. Shipping costs are based on weight and package size. Orders will be shipped approximately 2-3 days after they are placed. For LARGE orders (over 6 dozen brownies), please allow additional time. If you would like to place an order for a future date, please make note of it in the “Order Notes” section and we will do our best to accommodate.
