Just a heads up, if it is not a protein or fat it’s a carbohydrate. Yes veggies, legumes, sweet potato and your green all carbs. The only difference is that they not as calorie dense as bread or starches. So if people tell you they “don’t do” carbs .... oh well don’t take diet advice from them

Sunday breakfast goals :-) yes, there are roasted . I usually include veggies for breakfast. And since it’s the weekend, I baked a sourdough break (because I can lol) .

Start with greens. Eating healthy is easy. Pick your greens and lean protein & carbs of choice. For me today: steamed bok choy with lentils and eggs 🍳
