In this one-day, afternoon-class, you'll learn how to create eye-catching flower designs using a delicious swiss-style butter cream frosting, and then arrange them into a bouquet. No prior experience is needed! By the end of the session, you'll leave with a delicious take home frosting recipe and bouquet of your own decorated cupcakes to enjoy or gift to your loved one.
Instructor and Cupcake Artist, Rebecca Barker of “Crazy for Confectionary", has a passion for baking and an eye for detail. Rebecca inspires students to embrace their own creativity. Whether crafting floral motifs or whimsical patterns, she is dedicated to helping you discover the joy and artistry behind each swirl and sprinkle. Rebecca blends traditional American foods and family recipes with the highest quality ingredients and aesthetic. She specializes in sweet and savory creations that are as beautiful as they are tasty.
