Just a stay-at-home mom who learned how to make sourdough and accidentally started a microbakery! 😂🍞

This is what a typical dough day sounds like around here! 🍞🤎

This time, I actually had family over to help with my three-year-old, and WOW—having an extra set of hands made dough day go so much smoother. 😂🫶🏼

When school starts back up, I’m definitely going to miss the extra help… back to juggling mom life + microbakery life all at once. 🥹🍞

Life has been full lately, and I wouldn’t have it any other way. 🤍

Summer has kept our little family busy, and I’m so thankful you’ve continued to support LanDough’s Bakery through it all.

✨ Pre-orders are officially OPEN for Thursday pickup & delivery this week!

We’ll be taking next week off, so if you need sourdough while we’re away, this is the week to stock up! (Trust me—sourdough freezes amazingly well. 🙌)

It’s kind of crazy to think this all started with one little sourdough starter and one very questionable-looking loaf of bread.

I had no idea what I was doing. I made mistakes, baked plenty of ugly loaves, and questioned whether I should keep going.

Now here I am, standing in my kitchen watching my new mixer knead enough dough for 25 loaves at a time.

Some days it still doesn’t feel real.

I’m so thankful for every order, every share, every kind message, and every person who has supported LanDough’s Bakery. You helped turn a simple hobby into something I get to do every week.

Here’s to the messy beginnings, the lessons along the way, and many more loaves to come. ❤️🍞
