Cinnamon Apple Cider Bread
This is absolutely amazing! The house smells so good and the bread is now my favorite. It has apple cider right in the dough and little Cinnamon covered apple pieces baked right in. This will definitely be a hit this holiday season for family or friend gatherings or even work parties. Just slice and serve.

I made dough Tuesday night thinking I'd have time to bake it Weds morning before taking off for my son's back surgery. (1st of 2) well I forgot it as I was getting ready and then the hospital asked us to come in earlier than planned so the dough got over proofed. But, the kids heard me talking about still cooking it up as a pizza focaccia bread. So I asked them to make a garlic butter and put over the tops and bake them up. I said if it was too thick they could cut it in half like sandwich bread. They did a great job and baked it later Weds night for dinner. They loved it and have requested we have it again. This is what they came up with. Looks yummy to me. It baked up poofy but they ate it like a cake with pizza toppings. šŸ• šŸ™‚

This loaf is filled with lots of delicious goodness. Starting with marinara sauce mixed right inside the dough, then the inclusions I added were pepperoni, olives and lots of mozzarella cheese mixed in. This is another top seller. And its great eating it as is sliced up, toasted or not. Another great way is slicing it up and using it to make a mini pizza with by adding even more of your favorite pizza toppings, as my kids discovered. One also used it to make a grilled cheese sandwich. It is delicious for sure.

A big bread making day. So much dough, lots of cutting, chopping and shredding for inclusion loaves. JalapeƱo and cream cheese loaves and the JalapeƱo and cheddar cheese loaves are definitely top rated. They go quickly for sure. Second would be pizza loaves and then the butter croissant or plain sandwhich loaves are next in line.

These British style scones are quite popular. 32 were made in 2 different flavors orange and lemon/blueberry. I really enjoy making scones. We make them in Chocolate chip w/ vanilla glaze, orange with orange zest glaze and lemon/blueberry with lemon zest glaze. I am looking forward to making some seasonal flavors soon like pumpkin spice and apple cider.
