Well… this is fun.
Some of you already know I’ve been spending a lot of time in my kitchen lately.
What started as curiosity and a little experimenting with sourdough has slowly turned into something really special.
LaLa’s Sourdough is now baking artisan loaves, bagels, bread bowls, signature biscuit bites, and rotating sourdough treats from my Dunwoody cottage bakery kitchen.
You’ll already find some of my baking at Downwind at PDK… and there may be a few more good things ahead.
For now I’m just playing in the dough and seeing where this goes.
