Thursday’s are for Trips! We visited the Spruill Center for the Arts and our favorite bakery Zukerino Pastry ShopWe needed it with lunch at La Botana! It was a great day overall! 🖼 🧁 🌮
This amazing cake not only looked terrific but it tasted delicious. Moist chocolate cake with a combination of fudge and chocolate mousse filling was a crowd pleaser. Yum!
EEP Events LLC's Leah Economos has been taking over our Instagram all day. As you can see, she has pretty great taste!
Leah lists Alon's Bakery & Market, Cafe Sababa - Mediterranean Grill, Dunwoody Tavern, Zukerino Pastry Shop, Gyro Gyro, and Novo Cucina as her favorite Dunwoody restaurants. What are yours?
This is the city that turned lemons (remember the 1998 tornado?) into Lemonade Days. Since we had to cancel State of the City last night, we wanted to try to turn it into a positive. Today, Mayor Lynn Deutsch delivered the desserts from Zukerino Pastry Shop to teachers during their work day. We also shared the centerpiece flowers from Bursting Blooms Flower Truck with Brighton Gardens of Dunwoody, which shared this photo of Rosemarie and Rita enjoying them during a game of Bingo. Please join us! Mayor Lynn Deutsch will give her first State of the City address on Thursday, March 12 at 7 p.m. in the Fellowship Hall of Dunwoody Methodist Church, located at 1548 Mt. Vernon Road. The event is free and open to all. It will begin with a dessert reception featuring treats from Zukerino Pastry Shop. “I look forward to this opportunity to celebrate Dunwoody’s accomplishments and share my vision for the future,” Mayor Deutsch said. “I’m also pleased that so many young people who represent our future will be part of this special event.” The Dunwoody High School Air Force JROTC will lead off the program with the Presentation of Colors. The Peachtree Charter Middle School Choir will sing the National Anthem, and the Pledge of Allegiance will be led by the Youth City Council. Read more here:

Had a mystery gathering in the breakroom today. Mark Herbert surprised us all by launching our new employee swag bag! Had some amazing treats provided by Zukerino Pastry Shop and water bottles by Basecamp - Live Bold. Live Basecamp. That baklava...so good. Awesome way to cap off a workday.
