I do rent out trays for private processing. We can do almost anything!!

As long as its not extremely fatty or pure maple syrup or honey I can usually freeze dry it. You provide the food wash and or prepared how you wish and ill toss it on the trays for you.

Happy Sunday!! Manny the mammoth is filled with 18lb of bananas and 1.5lb of strawberries to round out the full trays.

Sid is still working well and being used for personal and private order use!
