Raw Ingredients to Last Bite

Since the early days of Easy Bake ovens, I have enjoyed baking -- mixing dry ingredients with wet ingredients, placing them in an oven, and watching the magic happen! For me baking is an engaging process that can lead to delicious results. To create the yummiest treats I can with the most ease, is what I am after. I tend to tweak recipes to simplify the process and amp up the flavor, while using hands-on techniques and readily available ingredients. You will find no high-tech equipment or hard-to-find ingredients here, just attention paid to each step along the way. I hope that, by sharing my approach to baking, others will be inspired to find satisfaction and delight in baking as well.
