Somehow May has flown by in a blur of flour, long days, & the beautiful mess of sourdough, but maybe that’s just the chaos of wrapping up spring & slowly settling into summer here in Michigan!

Slow sourdough fermentation, simple ingredients, nourishing traditions, and the health benefits that come from letting sourdough take its time.

Our May 28nd sourdough drop is coming together beautifully, and I’m soaking in every moment of this season. Thank you for being here for it all!
